The Royal British Legion Band & Corps Of Drums Romford have a long and illustrious history behind them. Over this time the band has always maintained a strong following of above 60 and will welcome new members with open arms. The band currently has roughly 60-80 uniformed members. You do not need any previous experience on an instrument, but this will always prove to be an advantage. Your uniform and instrument is provided free of charge and you will be shown how to look after both your new uniform and instrument.
The band will welcome players of the following -
• Flute/Piccolo/Clarinet/Bass Clarinet
• Alto/Tenor/Baritone Saxophone
• French Horn/Tenor Horn/Trumpet/Cornet
• Trombone/Euphonium/Tuba
• Side Drum/Drum Kit
We hold practices 3 nights a week for different sections of the band.
